Terms of Service

Terms & Conditions for Bean & Barrel LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Bean & Barrel LLC (“Company”) to the client (“Client”).

 

1. Services

Bean & Barrel LLC provides mobile coffee catering services for private parties and corporate events in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

  • Events booked less than 10 days prior must be paid in full at booking.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as outlined in your invoice.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled 90+ days prior: 50% of the retainer will be refunded. No further payment is due.

  • If canceled less than 90 days: 100% of the retainer is non-refundable.

  • If canceled less than 30 days: Full payment is still due and no refunds will be issued.

 

4. Company Cancellation

Bean & Barrel LLC reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of all payments will be issued within 30 days.

 

5. Event Requirements

Client agrees to provide:

  • Adequate space for setup and service

  • Safe working conditions

  • Ramp/Elevator Access to the Service Area​

 

6. Liability

Bean & Barrel LLC is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Damage or injury caused by guests during the event

 

7. Service Limitations

  • We do not serve alcohol.

  • Service is limited to the agreed-upon time, menu, and guest count unless otherwise arranged.

 

8. Changes to Event

Any changes to event details must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

 

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

 

10. Agreement

By booking services with Bean & Barrel LLC, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
